This place is perfect for me! I love the free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and the outdoor swimming pool. The staff helped with a great local taxi tip during my first stay. I’m coming back for Christmas!

perfect spot for city exploration and park views
I loved how close we were to the Gatlinburg SkyLift Park and the Gatlinburg Convention Center, making our weekend strolls incredibly enjoyable and filled with beautiful views of the Smoky Mountains. the convenience of having great dining options like Big Daddy's Pizzeria just a short walk away made our stay even better as we explored the local cuisine and attractions.

Had a fantastic trip with friends! We visited the Smoky Mountains and spent a day exploring nearby attractions. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect. Plus, the price was just right. I recommend checking out the vending machines, even if they were out of order during our stay. Overall, it’s a great spot for groups.
The only downside was that we waited quite a bit in the lobby before someone attended to us. 20 minutes felt a little long, especially after a long drive.

The location is ideal, and the staff was friendly and accommodating, showcasing a welcoming atmosphere. However, the room cleanliness could use some improvement, as there were signs of wear and tear, and the WiFi didn't work well. Overall, it’s a decent spot if you're not expecting luxury.

Couples looking for decent stay should consider this
We liked the location. It was right where the strip ended/started, so we could just walk to everything. The cleaning staff was surprisingly thorough, came by even without us asking. Couldn’t believe the fridge and microwave combo, it was a lifesaver for late-night snacks.
It wasn’t exactly a bargain, but you could put up with it for the price.

Affordable Stay with Room for Improvement
Our stay was enjoyable, especially with the calming sound of the nearby river. However, the bathroom cleanliness fell short of what I hoped for. The beds lacked comfort, and the air conditioning was noisy. For a better experience, consider requesting a room away from the stairs.

Loved the peaceful creekside view and amazing location near the parkway! We could explore the Smoky Mountains easily and walked to shops. The dogs enjoyed the space too, which made it a great family getaway.
My kids wished there was a guest laundry room for our long stay.

The location was prime, super close to everything like the trolley stop and trails. The King Room with Spa Bath was nice and warm. It had air conditioning, a private bathroom, a hot tub, and cable channels. The outdoor swimming pool was a great touch too. Overall, it was cozy and just what we needed after a long day.

This place is a mixed bag. The room I stayed in, a King Room with Spa Bath, felt cozy and was pretty clean. The jacuzzi tub was amazing after a long day of hiking. The staff were friendly, but I faced some issues. The A/C didn’t work when I arrived and the TV went out later. it took four hours to fix. The front desk wasn’t very accommodating either, which was frustrating. The exterior and the stairs looked tired. Noise from the outside also kept me up at night, as people were running around. Many pros like friendly staff and nice amenities but several cons left me wanting more. I expected better for the price I paid.
